I have 40 years of business experience that is available to you, through my thoughts and insights on this website. My Dad used to say “some people say they have 20 years of experience when what they have is one year of experience repeated 20 times.”

Well, I can assure you, that’s not me. I have an Accounting degree. I worked as an accountant for six years, both at CPA firms and as a tax accountant for a Fortune 100 company.

I then started a computer consulting company, selling accounting software to businesses. I wrote an early CRM program that I then sold to my customers. Turned this into a sales training company, then a management consulting firm.

Along the way, I became a Dale Carnegie instructor for many years. I have spoken all over the world (literally) as a paid professional speaker on sales and management topics. I have been super fortunate to have helped many different businesses, in many different industries.

Eight years ago, the company I now work for, hired me as a consultant. This company is so amazing, that I joined them as a full-time employee. That company is Proponent Federal Credit Union, and I’m Vice President - Continuous Improvement.

I'm very active in the community and volunteer affairs. I served as President of the New York Tri-State Chapter of the National Speakers Association. I am a three-time past president of the Wayne Rotary Club, a founder, and president of Wayne Township’s Wayne Day Festival, now one of the largest of its kind in New Jersey. I also served on the Board of The Foundation for the Handicapped in Wayne.

Recently, my daughter Cristina and I started a Podcast called “Morning Coffee and Mimosas.” We literally have breakfast and share our expertise and experience in business and in life.

In my spare time, I play the guitar in the successful Band Till We Can't. We perform regularly in and around Bergen and Passaic Counties in NJ.
